Scenario:
Jobs are stuck on the printing queue
Process 1:
1. launch run.
2. enter the print server address as shown \\192.168.88.229
3. double click to open the specific printer
4. select all the files right click and then cancel.
Process 2
1. connect to 192.168.88.229 via Remote Desktop
2. launch Run and browse to the list of printers (\\192.168.88.229)
3. Double click on the affected printer and confirm that there are jobs stuck on the queue
4. launch services.msc
5.stop Print Spooler service.
6. delete the the files in the following location
C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
7. restart Print Spooler service.
